Jeff Anderson has begun his 31st year of operating Jeff Anderson Consulting and AH! Advertising. He opened the business on Feb. 1, 1987. He has served some of his clients, including Miramar Kitchen and Bath, for more than 25 years. His clients have represented a variety of industries, including medical devices, financial, educational, wireless, technology, media, construction and entertainment. Anderson offers both advertising consulting and market research services. “Supporting clients with a market research expertise sets us apart,” he said. “The research results help us employ the best of both traditional and digital techniques.” During his career, he also published two luxury lifestyle magazines targeting an upscale audience. He is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association and American Marketing Association. He is an SDSU grad with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and master’s in business administration. Prior to founding his company, Anderson worked for Young and Rubicam, Home Federal Savings and the KFMB Stations.

KPBS-TV/Channel 15 has added three new sub-channels to its programming lineup. They include: KPBS 2, featuring drama, science, nature, original documentary and news programming from PBS and KPBS, can be viewed at Cox Cable channel 811 and Spectrum channel 1277; KPBS Create, offering PBS lifestyle shows on cooking, travel, home improvement, gardening and arts and crafts, is available on Cox Cable channel 816 and Spectrum channel 1275; KPBS Kids, airing signature PBS children’s programming to support early learning, can be found on Cox Cable channel 809 and Spectrum channel 1276. Spectrum channels are scheduled for activation onFeb. 14. “The addition of KPBS 2, KPBS Create and KPBS Kids means more of what viewers love about KPBS programming,” said Tom Karlo, KPBS GM. “We are delighted to provide these new channel options and meet the growing demand for trusted and unique content for the entire family.”

KHTS-FM Channel 93.3, operated by iHeartMedia San Diego, has named Ethan Cole as its new nighttime host, broadcasting weekdays from 7 p.m. to midnight. For the past two years, Cole has lived in Boston working as an on-air talent and producer of “Matty in the Morning,” heard on iHeartMedia’s WXKS-FM Kiss 108. Cole is an active blogger. His Kiss 108 blog ranked among the top 50 for monthly unique visitors among all iHeartMedia talent nationwide in 2016. “Ethan will fit right into the Channel 93.3 brand,” said Joe Haze, KHTS-FM program director. “His energy and strong digital presence will help elevate nights to the next level.” “I grew up in Los Angeles and spent quite a few weekends exploring San Diego,” said Cole. “It’s an amazing city and Channel 93.3 is an amazing station.”
