Lora Polowczuk is the Chief Energy Officer at Courageous Path, LLC. As a coach, trainer, and speaker, she moves people from stuck, overwhelmed, and unfulfilled into living an engaging and energized life. Lora shows that it is possible to live, work, and play with energy and time for your passions and love ones. As a result, her clients have increased performance and live a meaningful and impactful life filled with freedom, energy, and authentic engagement.
Lora received a Masters of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Scranton. She is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She was trained through Coaches Training Institute and High Performance Academy’s Certified High Performance Coach Program. Lora believes coaching facilitates optimum changes in the brain which creates better behaviors, positive performance change, and improved health outcomes.
