We are looking for an amazing, data-driven marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company and who will build and grow the marketing strategy from the ground up.
You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the sales team, and nurturing those leads to close into clients, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.
As Marketing Manager/Director, you will play a crucial role in positioning our services the right way to the right people because you have quickly developed a deep understanding of our target customers and how our services fulfill their needs.
Candidates must have a knack and love for writing, a comprehensive understanding of marketing funnels and conversion. You will be expected to sustain and develop the company’s voice across all content.
Do you tweet, share, and post to social media in your sleep? Do you know what it takes to grow an online community? We’re looking for you to manage our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company/brand. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
In your SEO management, you should be obsessed with checking and tweaking the company keyword strategy.
As for email marketing, you should clearly understand the optimal timing and frequency of your email campaigns, leverage your data segmentation and personalization strategy, and craft great email copy.
As a media relations expert, you will play an integral role in public/media relations, company communications, and content creation for our company/brand.
As a marketing operations manager, you will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. You will also conduct complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by others from across the company.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Extensive experience in direct marketing preferred.
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
Proficiency in marketing automation and other tools to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
